The key is Love Covers, love protects, love is truth, love reveALS, AND LOVE COMFORTS. we have to love ourselves first to find the real truth, and we can not love another until we know what it is because we can not pour from an empty cup. So that being said, if someone hurts you, take off the said mask, the deficiency is in them not in you. send love to them so they may fill up and not continue to run on empty. Compassion, Empathy, boundaries, all motivated by love keep a healthy cycle, if being sisters and brothers choose not to extend those key factors then we are not sending love out, we are letting our flesh and ego take us around that same old mountain until it happens again.
